Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cooki app, owned and operated by Fourth and Centre Pty Ltd trading as Cooki App (“Cooki”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Subscriptions

Cooki is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay a recurring monthly fee of AUD $3.99, after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

2. Use of Service

Cooki provides weekly meal planning, shopping list features, and related services. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content

You may upload photos for your favourite meals. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Cooki a limited license to store and display it within the app. Cooki does not claim ownership of your personal photos.

4. Data & Privacy

We only collect your email address for account access. We do not track analytics or collect other personal information. All photos are stored securely using Firebase services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
